3/30更新:今天联系了官网在线客服,问了一堆问题,查了一圈,都没查到问题,让我在拨号键盘上输入*#100# ,结果返回空值,跟我说eSIM在我手机上不工作,他这回复太牵强,我能收到短信呀,包括VOXI和Vodafhone的,还能收到别的注册短信呀。还问了我邮编,人在哪里,我跟她说完在中国之后,就跟我说:I am really sorry then, I would request you to have roaming bundle or contact us back for sim activation once you are in Uk network.他这意思是没法在英国意外的地方激活eSIM,之后我让她重新发了一个eSIM二维码,结果下载完了之后,到现在都还没有信号。
3/30晚,继续更新:1. it might be that the eSIM is not activated successfully and hence you are not able to use the services.
2. We do not have options to extend the expiry date. As you are abroad, it might be that the eSIM is not activated successfully and hence you are not able to use the services.
3. As I can see from here, your number is still active. You should be able to use roaming in HongKong.
4. The number can be reconnected within the next 90 days of disconnection. However I suggest you to contact us back after 7-10 days again to check if it's disconnected.
总结一下:客服的意思是:“号还没死,但因为在国外没激活好,现在用不了是正常的。我也没法帮你延期,你先等一周,如果到时候号断了,90天内你还能找我们接回来。”
说明 VOXI 这边短期内确实没有人工干预的方案。
